In 2024, the life of a young girl named Iqra came under the guardianship of Aaghosh Trust. She was only 17 years old but had the mental capacity of a 3–4-year-old child. Innocent, unaware, and completely dependent on others, she became a tragic example of how vulnerable differently abled orphan girls are in our society.
