What started as a humble effort to support differently-abled individuals has now grown into a multifaceted organisation touching countless lives through shelter, food, education, healthcare and livelihood support.

Aaghosh Trust was registered under the visionary leadership of Madam Shagufta Saba with a heartfelt mission to bring comfort, care and dignity to those whom society often overlooks.
Special Children Support
Aaghosh pioneered support for specially-abled individuals, providing education, training and vocational skills before most institutions existed for this purpose.
Aaghosh Old Age Home
Launch of the flagship Old Age Home project — providing shelter, meals, medical care and companionship to abandoned and elderly mothers with no family support.
Orphanage for Disabled Girls
Established a dedicated protective home for orphaned, differently-abled girls — offering shelter, therapy, healthcare and compassionate care.
Education & Grocery Programs
Expanded welfare to include an Education Support Program and Grocery Distribution Program, reaching underprivileged families across Karachi.
